"I had my heart set on a carriage ride through Old City Philadelphia after our wedding ceremony, and it was a wonderful experience! We worked with Jackie of 76 Carriage Company to book a one hour carriage ride from our ceremony location to a photo location, then to our reception venue. Jackie was so helpful throughout the planning process as we ironed out the logistics and worked with us to secure the needed permits. We were even able to request which color horse and carriage we preferred! 

On the day of our wedding, our driver showed up early to our ceremony location, which was perfect as we were also ahead of schedule. The carriage was beautifully decorated with white flowers and tulle. It was such a lovely surprise! We were able to say hello to our handsome horse, which I loved, and greatly enjoyed our ride through Philadelphia. It was such a unique experience and one we would not have gotten with any other type of transportation--as we rode through the streets we were constantly getting cheered and congratulated from people on the sidewalk! Our driver knew exactly where to drop us off for our photos and waited as we took a few shots. It had began to rain, and she put the top of the carriage up so we were able to stay dry and comfortable as we rode to our reception. In all, it was such a fun, special experience! I am so grateful for the professionalism of 76 Carriage Company for making this dream a reality for me."
